It's been Awhile

WOW! It has been forever.. Hello blog world.. sorry I have been so well not around.. Life has been crazy lately... Work and school and work and school...that's what it all boils down to now a days.. and honestly I need prayer.. I am not happy. I do not feel I am choosing a career that I would love waking up to do everyday.. I am thinking about changing but I dont know yet.
Most of all my heart has been heavy lately because I miss the kids. I think about them and pray for them daily. I hope I will be able to see them soon. If not I might just go crazy.

What I miss most

So I recently posted about how much I miss Haiti! Here are some reasons/things I miss...
The obvious I miss the O.....I miss going to the airport to pick up groups and the game you-you and I played to find "our" tap tap... Don't forget "crutch" either Angela :)

I miss Sunday morning church with Fritzner....
I miss my two partner's in crime.....
How about dinner by lantern... and many other things by lantern too

Meal time.... I miss those slimmy hands and bean sauce kisses! " this is my confession"....I miss my brother DJ LJimix... and his wonderful selection of music...
I miss going through some of the wonderful donations and making a list of things that we really don't need... say wool sweaters or DDDDDD bras....
I miss picking Kenip(I don't know how to spell it)

most of all tho I just miss the kids.... I miss my family!

I just want to go back.
So I have not blogged in a long time. I have been at a lose for words.
This is the first time in 4 summers that I will not be spending my vacation in Haiti and it is killing me.
I have been very busy here at home trying to finish up school... I took a full time job as a nanny for the summer and I just really dont have the money to travel right now.
I hate it. My heart longs for the kids. I find myself waking up every morning wishing I could just hold the kids and love on them.
I miss the smell of bean suace and the sticky hands being rubbed on me...
I miss the giggles and the tears...
I miss it all.
I am praying I will be able to at least go for a week or two in July... I just have to save some money up and do lots of praying!

My Three Stooges

So it's been awhile since I posted....

Anyways while I was there over Christmas break I had the pleasure of spending just about every minute with these three. From sun up to sun down...literally.

As everyone knows Matu and I have always had a special bond...this trip was

no different... only that these two beauties tagged along... which I had no objection to.

If we were all outside they made sure not to be to far from me... if I went in the room to get something for a nanny... there were right there to help.... when bed time came along it was a small task deciding who was sleeping where.....they three soon became my three stooges.....

I love you and miss you guys!!

I miss all the kids... things have been rough around here lately and honestly I just want to be back with the kids... loving them... holding them..... praying with them... I miss them!

Just an FYI for those of you coming the next few trips... please DO NOT bring cottonballs......I think we have enough to supply all of Haiti right now!

Sorry Sears

OK so last year I got all the kids dressed up and took each ones pictures for Christmas... Well that did not go over very well so instead this year I had the brillant idea to just take all of their pictures together... I took construction paper and spelled out Joyeux Noel and Merry Christmas... I got all the kids together in the baby room and with Juniors help we tired to take a group picture... well I think I would have let the photographers at sears down but hey its not easy getting 1 child to behave for a picture let alone 40!
